Gardening is the practice of tending to and growing plants as a part of horticulture. It is something that is extremely common and can be seen all around us. The big question is, why should we even bother to practice gardening?

There are plenty of methods of gardening and which method you should adopt depends on the resources, space, and time you have for this activity.

  1. Kitchen/Vegetable Gardening – Using this particular method can help you to procure fresh veggies from your very own backyard and can help you get rid of the possibility of consuming chemically grown vegetables. Examples: beans, carrots, cucumbers, etc.
  1. Medicinal Garden – While practicing this method, your primary aim is to grow plants that are known for their medicinal qualities. A few examples involve Aloe Vera, Basil, Lemon Tree.
